Based on the website’s current behavior, this policy explains how Happrobity Studio (“the Studio”) handles information you voluntarily provide.

1. Information Collected

When you submit the inquiry form, the site receives your name, phone number, email address, optional Line ID, preferred discussion topic, and consent status for this policy.

Quick-review answers currently produce an on-screen summary only in your browser and are not sent to the backend with the inquiry form.

2. Use and Submission Process

  • The information above is used only to receive, identify, and respond to your inquiry.
  • After validating required fields and privacy consent, the backend emails the inquiry to the Studio’s designated mailbox. This form endpoint currently does not write the inquiry to the website database.
  • If delivery fails, the site displays an error and does not show a success state.

3. Third-party Services

The site loads frontend resources from Google Analytics, Google Fonts, and cdnjs. Under their policies, these services may receive technical information such as device, browser, IP address, or page-interaction data. Inquiry content is transmitted through an email service and may remain in sending and receiving mailboxes.

4. Retention and Security

The website currently sets no automatic deletion period for inquiry emails. Information may remain in the Studio mailbox until the inquiry is complete, it is no longer operationally needed, or it is deleted at your request. The production site uses HTTPS, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

5. Your Choices and Rights

  • You may choose not to submit the form and instead use the public email address in the footer.
  • You may request access to, correction of, cessation of use of, or deletion of contact information you provided. Complete deletion may be limited by legal retention obligations.
  • If you do not agree with this policy, do not give consent or submit the form.
